THE MARK OF CAIN: ADELAIDE SHOW ADDED DUE TO DEMAND.

Due to overwhelming demand The Mark Of Cain have now added an Adelaide show as a part of their 2014 national tour in support of new single Grey-11 (featuring Henry Rollins) and taken from the album Songs Of The Third & Fifth.

The local three-piece will perform at The Gov on December 5th with Adelaide-via-Melbourne two-piece King Of The North in support. Tickets for The Gov show will go on-sale this Friday 12th September.

And as it was for the March 2012 Australian tour and the exclusive Adelaide only dates in September 2013, The Mark Of Cain will once again comprise brothers John & Kim Scott with boy-wonder Eli Green behind the drum kit – recording skinsman John Stanier being unavailable for these shows.

There’s not a dull moment in the 80 minute set and every song is delivered with raw, no bullshit intensity and power. During the encore The Mark Of Cain really ram home just how good they are with a trio of their strongest songs. Battlesick is amazing, the repetitive and hypnotic droning bass propelling the song as John Scott spits out the lyrics and Green smacks the hell out of his kit. – InPress 2013

Grey-11 meanwhile has been picked up by over 35 community and independent radio stations including regional broadcasters Rabbit Radio (GC), 2TLC (Yamba), 5GTR (Mt.Gambier), 6HCR (Binningup) as well as metro faves 4ZZZ, Triple R, Edge Radio et al.
